哈佛国际评论写作竞赛（简称HIR或HAWC）是由《哈佛国际评论》举办，面向全球9-12年级学生的学术写作竞赛。旨在鼓励学生深入思考国际事务的各个方面，并通过优秀的写作能力呈现出来。
一、写作规范
对于即将举行的 2024 年春季比赛，参赛者在撰写文章时可以选择下面任一主题。并且必须在提交的内容顶部注明他们选择的主题！！！
内容：文章应涉及与当今国际事务相关的主题。潜在类别包括（但不限于）：农业、商业、网络安全、国防、教育、就业和移民、能源与环境、金融与经济、公共卫生、科学与技术、空间、贸易和交通。文章应该从全球角度审视主题，而不是只关注美国。
长度：撰写语言必须是英文，文章长度应至少为 800 个字，但不超过 1,200 个字（不包括图表、数据表或作者声明）。
写作风格：提交的内容应针对一个未被充分重视的全球主题 提出分析支持的观点。
AI 政策：禁止使用 ChatGPT。评委将通过多个人工智能检查器对所有文章进行运行，在多个检查器中获得高人工智能生成分数的文章将被取消资格。
优秀的竞赛作品旨在从平衡的角度全面地呈现一个主题。证据和细微差别至关重要。提交的作品应该经过充分研究、信息灵通、风格和散文正式。
HIR 不接受专栏文章，也称为其竞赛的社论或评论文章。文章应该有一个论文，但不应该有一个议程。提交的材料也不应该仅仅是事实的集合。
